[gPXE] localboot 0 hang on some machines

gPXE doesn't use the LOCALBOOT option, but PXELINUX does.

But what about Syslinux 3.85?  It is 3.85 that includes changes to both 
gPXE and PXELINUX that seem to help with exiting processes, if I 
understand correctly.

Are you really talking about gPXE as gotten from the gPXE project or 
about gpxelinux.0, as gotten from the Syslinux project?

gpxelinux.0 is:
  gPXE's undionly.kkpxe build with:
    PXELINUX (pxelinux.0)
    embedded script to boot PXELINUX
