[gPXE] localboot 0 hang on some machines

gpxelinux.0 is what I'm talking about.  We cannot get it to work with localboot option, is this the version which does not support it?

Really the only thing we need to do that pxelinux.0 cannot do is load ramdisk image via http, so I tried gpxelinux.0 but get the dreaded hang instead of local boot.

What would you suggest?
