[gPXE] localboot 0 hang on some machines

We have been having a major issue with gpxe and the localboot 0 option. I
haven't found a version of GPXE that works on all our servers... right now it
hangs on our new Intel D510mo (atom based) boards (Realtek 8138D based NICs),
and our newer supermicro X8SIL-F boards (Intel based NICs) and probably some
others as well.
It hangs right after "exiting PXE rom" after selecting the localboot option
(or timing out since that is the default).
We had to swap out gpxelinux.0 with the standard pxelinux.0 to get past this.
I tried 3.81 - 3.84 as well as the 4.0pre versions today. In fact the latest
pre gpxe wouldn't even download anything from the tftp server, it hangs at
retrieving the first file retrieval attempt.
In all cases, the standard pxelinux.0 is fine but gpxelinux.0 hangs right at
that same spot.
