Cleanup and command line options

I have pretty much finished the cleanup and also added command line options. Multiple commits in the linux branch, but especially:

  • [linux] Add device, drivers and initialization logic
  • [linux] Add command line arguments for network setup
  • [linux] Add tap driver

Birthday

Had birtday on June 2 ;)

Wiki

Will keep them up to date as the work progresses.

Getting rid of the stdlib dep
