I see yo on a thread about how big the image ram disk can be to gPXE.
I test little images as micore linux
I have problems booting Damm Samml Linux, i have a server debian lenny
383 and i want boot from a client with 8GB hard disk. Booth over Virtual Box 3.1
I load the kernel linux24 but when i load the ramdisk image minirt24.gz
it not pass from

and it have only 50MB.
May be Virtual Box?

Milton, how much RAM does the Virtual Box VM have? Is that what you meant by 50 MB, or is the initrd 50 MB?
DamnSmall Linux needs local media such as CD, USB or HDD, doesn't it? I think it looks for a squashfs file called "knoppix". I don't think it will work over network, will it? Are you trying to use the custom DSL from boot.kernel.org?
