[gPXE] Windows 7 transfer to a iSCSI target

Ozan,

Would it be fair to start with the HowTo guide, then move away from it
once you've been through a good boot?

Networking is critical for a SAN-boot.  I've not touched Windows 7, but
in previous Windows OSs you had to make sure your NIC drivers were set
to be loaded (and started) and boot-time.  Firewalls could also hinder
you.

Is it a crash or does it hang forever?  If it hangs forever, do you
still see the list of drivers on the screen or something else?
