I don't think I'll have time to investigate this scenario further,
nor do I really have the desire at this point now that I have a
gPXE solution working for me.

Thank you Shao and Marty for all your help. I will see what I can do about
contributing some details to the wikis. I'm happy to share my diffs
even if it may not be the best diff solution.
