[gPXE] can we attempt chain-loading from the very first gpxe shell?

Good day Masroor,

On some systems, you might be lucky and the BIOS might have worked the 
system into a usable state by the time one hits Control-B during ROM 
initialization.

Maybe you just wish to get the gPXE CLI so you can execute 'config 
net0.nvo' and then reboot.

Maybe there are unfortunate systems where this is the only chance for 
gPXE to be executed.
