Daniel Verkamp: Automated regression testing

Wrote and submitted a cleaned-up version of the COMBOOT serial patch.

Read unattended Windows setup documentation (Step-by-step howto, FAQ).

Received testsuite skeleton from mcb30; began working on it, with some work pushed to my repo.

Continued work on the Qemu.pm module of the testsuite. Now a command line is built instead of attempting to do everything through the monitor, although the monitor interface will still be usable for runtime configuration - not all of this is implemented yet.
