Your "endpoint" (bottom disambiguation at
<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endpoint" class="moz-txt-link-freetext">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endpoint</a>) software's firewall must allow
outbound TCP port 3260, since that is the default iSCSI port.<br>

Also note that there is a gPXE mailing-list, if you'd care to use that
instead of this Etherboot list.
