Hi!
this is the very first time i use mailing lists, and the reason is gPXE =)
very educative
I have few headless PCs with several OSes installed, say WinXP and Ubuntu, with grub2 installed in mbr.
The problem is to change OS to boot.
I've tried isc-dhcpd with tftp-hpa solution. Tryed to make src/bin/undionly.kpxe - got lots of mistakes, saying
something like .. var is defined but not used or something like that. Tried make -i - that made needed file, but
it might be broken because boot process hangs.
rom-o-matic gave me the image and i could get the default menu with memtest, localboot etc. So, i thought, i could duplicate
localboot menu item and change 0 to something like (0,0) and (0,1) - i've caught the example googling the topic.
But it made no difference. I allways get MBR menu. Am i missing something in boot process or in config file? should i install loaders in
boot records of partitions?
