[gPXE] How can I reverse a NBI image?

I figured this out using the disnbi program.

This created 5 segments segment0 through segment 5. segment5 was a filesystem I could mount on RAMFS and modify. I have made my changes. Now how can I re-package this into nbi form?

I have 5 file segments, is there a straight forward way to get them into a network bootable image mode 2?
