[gPXE] sanboot not supported

http://rom-o-matic.net/gpxe/gpxe-git/gpxe.git/contrib/rom-o-matic/
should provide an image with e1000e support if you choose "all-drivers"
(or 1000e_82571).
iSCSI booting is on by default, so no customization should be needed.
