[gPXE] Setting delay time to boot

What about a scripted command, something like:

waitfor IP PORT TIMEOUT

logic would be to repeat a tcp open until a connection is established or
timeout seconds (or maybe mins), timeout of zero is forever.

This way a client could hold not only until a machine is up, but until
service on a machine is up.  Im sure the HPC people would love it.
