Sorry about the delayed response!  I see no problem with using that 
value-name.  It's intuitive and DHCP can certainly ignore it.  This 
avoids sanbootconf being responsible for any trouble, but leaves the 
user with the choice to potentially cause their own. :)

If needed, any services that depend on the hostname being set by a 
script can be set to manual startup, then the same script can start them up.
