Good day Jon, in regards to how a DHCP service handing out two different 
IPs to the same client in short order might be a problem: If you have 
just enough of a pool to satisfy your clients on a one-to-one basis, you 
might puzzle over DHCP service logs complaining about a lack of 
available IPs to assign.

Good day Steven, I hate to suggest passing the IP params gotten by gPXE 
to the OS, but you could...  Then perhaps your OS could statically 
assign using those params. :S  That's just in case you'd like to try 
such instead of using the patch you've already gotten working with.
