[gPXE] localboot 0 hang on some machines

It might be worth trying an even more recent gpxelinux.0 now and using 
the chain.c32 COMBOOT32 module from Syslinux.  H. Peter Anvin addressed 
an issue with chain.c32 not very long ago.  Syslinux 3.86-pre1 and 
4.00-pre33, for example.  Not too sure what to say about LOCALBOOT failing.
