[gPXE] New e1000, e1000e, igb drivers

Hello Everyone,

I have committed several new e1000 family drivers tonight. Because the
old e1000 driver covered e1000 variations from several families, I felt
it would be least disruptive to port three major drivers from:

    http://sourceforge.net/projects/e1000/

and commit them at the same time. This should give gPXE good support for
most Intel PCI and PCIe gigabit cards.

Because these drivers are derived from the same upstream source code
that the Linux kernel uses, it should be easier to keep them in sync
with updated versions than it has been the past few years.

I would like to publicly acknowledge and thank Northrop Grumman
Corporation for their generous funding of the e1000e driver work.

I would also like to particularly thank Stefan Hajnoczi, Thomas
Miletich, and Shao Miller for their generous testing and reviewing of
various versions of these drivers.

Thanks also to the many folks on our IRC channel ( #etherboot on
irc.freenode.net ) who tested images during development.

Regards,

/ Marty /
