[gPXE] gpxe not chaining after pxe on quad-port NICs

Hello, 

The issue I'm seeing is the gpxe DHCP request receives a response from the DHCP server using the first NIC (ie. MAC ending in 4C) but at the HTTP request for the imgfetch, gPXE is returning the second NIC MAC (ending in 4D). 

For example: 
net0: 00:00:00:00:00:4C 
DHCP (net0 00:00:00:00:00:4C)...ok 
booting from file "boot.cfg" 
tftp://1.1.1.1/boot.cfg... ok 
http://webserver/getgpxeconf.asp?hwaddr=00:00:00:00:00:4D 


The NIC has gPXE 0.9.6 natively. I'm seeing this on a HP quad-port NIC. Specifically the NC375i Quad Port Multifunction Gigabit Server Adapter. 

Any thoughts/suggestions?
