I found Jarrod's kind patch email from last year here:

     http://markmail.org/message/n2ho2sl3ntladeow

Hopefully with our new issue tracking system:

     http://support.etherboot.org/

We'll be more likely to keep track of useful patches such as yours.

Jarrod, would you register on our support site and open a ticket with
either the email link above or paste the contents of the email?

This way we'll not only get the issues in the tracker, but you'll get
email from the tracker when someone makes comments, has questions, or
applies your patches.

Maybe not in 1.0.0, since they are low-level enough that I'd like to get
some more testing and verification before we put them in a general
release, but perhaps 1.0.x (where x is small).

Jarrod, we also have a gpxe-devel list you (and others) may be
interested in joining. We get super-extra-geeky there :)

Yes, many thanks for your patches and interest!
