I have not.  I should have realized it wouldn't exist in gPXE if it 
wasn't used somewhere!  I'll try one and get back to you.

Also, what's the easiest way to exercise the UNDI path?  I've had 
problems with UNDI over *Etherboot* with some systems in the past, and 
it would be good to exercise this path just in case.
