Breaking the infinite loop

Using tftpd32.exe in Windows XP SP2
Running tftpd32.exe as my DHCP server, then edit tftpd32.ini to contain
(For example)
////////////////////////////
AddOptionNumber1=67
AddOptionValue1=undionly.kpxe
AddOptionNumber2=17
AddOptionValue2=iscsi:192.168.168.14::::iqn.2005-02.com.ricecake.iscsi:00
/////////////////////////////
OK. gPXE is working!! VMware 6.5 workstation can boot from my iSCSI target .

tftpd32.exe v3.35 is tested!!

gPXE 0.9.6 and gPXE 0.9.7 is tested.

But gPXE 0.9.8 and gPXE 0.9.9 NOT working.

Why?
