We're still transitioning from Etherboot to gPXE, but an outline of our 
development staging process is here:

Please take a look at the staging branch to ensure that you are content 
with the commits.

Since your patch has been reviewed and tested, it appears ready for 
merging into the main gPXE branch.  I plan to merge it within a week 
(possibly sooner), unless someone finds a problem with it.
