[gPXE] Transfer speed with e1000 and pcnet32 in VMware

Yes more news but not much wiser.

I have verified same behaviour on a second machine. I have also verified same behaviour in VirtualBox latest version on both machines as well.

My conclusion so far is that it is not a vmware-only issue, and very likely gpxe related.
