[gPXE] Need some help trouble shooting intalling windows 7 via gPXE

Update:
Created a fresh VM of WSS2k8 still failed to communicate to gPXE clients
Attached physical pc to network and it to failed to connect.
!!!!!!Swapped out Brand New physical switch with a piece of crap from home and
its working!!!!!!
Thanks for your help and sorry for bothering you with a hardware issue

Thanks. It does sound like a VMware network configuration issue on the WSS2k8
box. I would strongly recommend trying to debug connectivity between the
WSS2k8 VM and an external physical box with an OS, since that's a much easier
diagnostic environment than gPXE.
