Yes. Install Linux onto the flash drive normally, with GRUB as the
bootloader, put the gPXE "Linux kernel image format" (.lkrn) image in
/boot, and add it to grub.conf as a boot option. (No command-line
options are necessary, and SYSLINUX-family bootloaders will also work
if you're using one of those instead.)
