[gPXE] GPXE + STARWIND ,shutdown black screen

In regards to your gPXE + StarWind trouble:

You didn't specify an OS.  I'm going to assume Windows from previous discussion.

gPXE has nothing to do with this, in my opinion.  It's possible that a program is trying to use the Registry after the shutdown has been initiated.  You can find out by enabling Windows debugging and attaching a kernel debugger, such as WinDbg.
