[gPXE] Transfer speed with e1000 and pcnet32 in VMware

Here's a capture of a 217 Mb image using e1000;  http://www.mediafire.com/file/qzzmvzyd3em/e1000.rar  Well only 25% of it to keep the size reasonable.

I also have a similar capture for vlance/pcnet32 in identical environment, and with similar behaviour. Let me know if interested in that capture.
