[gPXE] HTTPDisk v2

I just wanted to let you know that HTTPDisk lives (but barely) at
http://git.etherboot.org/?p=people/sha0/gpxe.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads
/httpdisk_v2

It seems that NTLDR works now, possibly due to a recent INt 13h-related
commit (by Michael Brown) to gPXE's main branch.  I say "barely" above
because I noticed that performance was terrible for loading Windows XP
with this HTTPDisk.  I am considering a caching scheme.
