A couple of more alternatives:
- An x_cmd:// protocol which builds and returns a script from the
URI-like suffix.
  Example:
    x_cmd://#!gpxe%0Achain%20http://${next-server}
- Somewhat re-using PXELINUX' option 210 (PathPrefix) and allowing
expansion syntax to appear there.  The way I see it, if you are passing
option 210 in order to use a web-server in the gPXE -> PXELINUX
scenario, by re-using 210 in gPXE itself, you can also download
pxelinux.0 itself using the same prefix.  H. Peter Anvin might have
something to say about that.
