[gPXE-devel] [PATCH] UI fixes and myri10ge nonvolatile options

Here's the promised screenshot showing the modified text UI reached by 
the "config net0.nvo" command from the "gpxe>" prompt.  Note the "..." 
representing additional settings scrolled off-screen, and the "Ctrl-D" 
instructions for deleting settings.
