[gPXE-devel] Support for USB Bust type

In 2008, Balaji Rao worked on USB support during Summer of Code.  Here

The idea is to add support for USB Ethernet (and maybe wifi) adapters.
 Starting points are the USB specifications and books explaining how
USB works.  Then look at existing code (e.g. Linux and FreeBSD USB
stacks).
