[gPXE-devel] make everything and friends v2

Hello,

v2:

incorporated Makefile clean-ups from Michael's merge into iPXE.

v1:

this patchset adds an 'everything' target that builds multiple targets on each
supported arch/platform. Comes in handy when testing patches.

Also allows building all-drivers builds on platforms other than pcbios and
fixes a race in the buildsystem. Details in the commits.
