Implemented and tested COM32 cfarcall helper: 5d30c70073ff19ae2f91881fa675913180e2959c (along with some prerequisites c408717101a9d35191aedeae2864962cd31eb26b and 89b8ddb0a843a9babcbc4249d273e96d789ba380 based on previously removed code by mcb30).
