Received testsuite skeleton from mcb30; began working on it, with some work pushed to my [[http://git.etherboot.org/?p=people/dverkamp/gpxe.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/testsuite|repo]].

Continued work on the Qemu.pm module of the [[http://git.etherboot.org/?p=people/dverkamp/gpxe.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/testsuite|testsuite]].  Now a command line is built instead of attempting to do everything through the monitor, although the monitor interface will still be usable for runtime configuration - not all of this is implemented yet.
